The concept of the Douro Marina View building was based on the conversion of an existing building, proceeding to expand it using a simple, contemporary and neutral language when related to the context in which it is inserted.

The Douro Marina View building is part of an urban context, next to the riverside area of Vila Nova de Gaia. Excellent views of the Douro River, Marina and Porto. Within walking distance of leisure centers, historical and commercial areas.
The interior will be defined by refined spaces of ornamentation using wainscoting in MDF enameled in white and gray, being predominant in these spaces the projected plaster tinned with plastic paint. It is located on the 0th floor, three typologies: 2 T0 and 1 T1. On the 1st floor, there are 3 T0, one of these with private access to the roof to “expose” yourself with a generous terrace.
